I actually thought they were OK until I read your comment, now I can only think of them as beefy

Considering that you can rescale 3D printed files, I don't think that's an issue.

They have Egyptian peasants and a pharaoh fig.

Between them and some of the parts from these you could kitbash some Egyptian levies
