Santa Anna Rules version 2

Hi

I've been looking for the Santa Anna Rules skirmish level not the tactical level. These are written by Buck Surdu and Peter Panzeri. I have the first version which is a tactical level but would like a copy of the skirmish level to read and implement it into my Alamo game.  I've searched the internet and can't find it.  I know this set is still being played since I've seen it on the Historicon event list.  Any help is appreciated where i coulf purchase a copy
