Hmm.  Many nice Star Wars threads but I think this one shall be my primary point of inspiration as far as LAF is concerned.  Though I certainly will nip in and out of other threads, too.

I wonder if one person can absorb the entirety of the whole Star Wars worlds as they exist today?  I have all of the 11 movies but I've not dipped much into the books (have a sampling unread) and barely dipped a toe into Wookipedia and not at all into the animation side of stuff.  And not a single episode of the cable and streaming stuff yet.  So much.  Too much?

I will keep my predominant focus on the original trilogy.  But a bit of license here and there.

Many thanks all, for your kind comments.

Fifteens, I was in a similar position to you until I started work on this little collection. Then I started watching the Mandalorian and then all the other stuff too. Reading a few books now, indeed a vast subject, but I keep wanting to find out more. It is a bit like Douglas Adams' character, Dirk Gently the Holistic Detective, who believes in the fundamental interconnectedness of all things!

...a young Nexu takes exception to the presence of a Stormtrooper in his territory!

Case in point, no idea about the Nexu - though I took a look at Wookipedia and find it was in one of the prequel movies which I had a heck of a time focusing on so no surprise I don't remember.  Watched those three movies once each which seemed several times too many.  All the other movies I've watched several times - some quite a few times.

One day, when I feel a need to punish myself, I just might try and re-watch the prequels.

Don't know if you know this one then, Fifteens? It's a dewback trooper, a Sandtrooper mounted on a dewback. The official legion model comes with one dewback, but two riders who pop in and out, giving you a bit of variety.

Many thanks, Malamute.

Inferno Squad are now complete. Lady Snapcase bought me Iden Versio and ID10 for my birthday, finished them this morning.

(I also got a squad of Shoretroopers but they are still WIP).

Probably - hopefully? - on my end, but some of your photos are showing severely cropped, sometimes so bad I can't see what is posted, like only showing a narrow line of the top of the photo.

I did, over the last week, rewatch the prequel trilogy and still can't say I like them - far too much 'business' on the screen far too often to allow a proper focus - but at least this time, mostly, I got a better sense of the story.  Couldn't understand a single untterance, not one, of General Grievous - though I don't know that it mattered to follow the story.  And hardly anything the lizard-rabbit said (Jar-Jar Banks).

Hope I will be able to see more of your photos when you post them!

edit: And a few hours later and the photos seem to be showing okay.  How else can I 'borrow' so many cool ideas from you?!   ;)

Thank you all. Next up, the Shoretroopers, I hope. I chose them because of all the colours you can add, rather than the basic white of the regular 'bucket-heads'!

Fifteens, glad you can see the photos now.

Benthic "Two Tubes," (centre) is a male Tognath mercenary pilot who flies alongside his eggmate and brother, Edrio (left). The two share the nickname derived from the breathing apparatus that allows their Tognath physiology to process oxygen atmospheres. Benthic's and Edrio's homeworld Yar Togna, has been conquered and occupied by the Galactic Empire, forcing them to flee as refugees. Desiring to strike back at the Empire, Benthic allies himself with Enfys Nest's Cloud-Riders and later Edrio and Benthic join with Saw Gerrera sometime before the Battle of Yavin.

Little is known about the smuggler on the right, apart from his name, Bart Wooster.

And cause they use the E22 alot.
