Galvez and his Army

I am beginning to assemble the forces necessary to portray Bernardo Galvez' Command.

I am just looking for recommendations on books to read, artwork to look at and anything at all that will aide me in this task.
I'm using Perry figures. I have questions about the Grenadiers. Were they converged like the British or did they stay attached to their parent regiments?

As for the British at Pensacola, what figures would you use for them?
Standard Perry in slouch hats?

Any help will be appreciated.
