10mm napoleonics
« on: 04 September 2023, 09:53:53 AM »
I'm looking for a new project in 10mm

I thing in the main I'm going with pendraken but I'm wondering if there are other options,I'm planning to single base and skirmish for the most part and want some variety

I see newline have some, anyone own their 10mm stuff, I really liked painting their 20mm
On the lookout for 10mm Magister Militum Fantasy figures, halflings and woodelves in particular

I use both. The Newliners are excellent, but the ranges are limited. Fortunately they mix easily with Pendrakens (which are good figures too).
The laws of probability do not apply to my dice in wargames or to my finesses in bridge.

Thanks thats good to know

Don't suppose you have any of their riflemen or French light infantry skirmishing, the site has no photos

I'm afraid my only Napoleonics are Forged in Battle's 1:3000 fleets.

I’ve done Napoleonic skirmish in 10mm just using Pendraken figures. And I really like the 3 small forces I’ve put together, which is probabyl about my limit for patience of painting in this era! One suggestion is to look at 1, 2, 3 basing used in some of the Rampant series games - which halves the number of bases you need, and looks good.

Same scale as Pendraken 1/150, but the heavy cavalry is heavier.
