Sumptuous photos - I particularly like the one with the caravan and the one underneath it.

Thanks for sharing these. Excellent.

Cracking stuff!
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Thanks for the positive comments Troops.

At this stage the games are really enjoyable and fresh . It’s a real challenge for both sides and great fun.

Thanks mate 👍

It played out really well with the additional vehicles, most of them armoured. I noticed my shooting was limited to really short range to take on the top cover sentries and my normal tactic of shoot n scoot didn’t work too well as I was easily out run.

Classic!

The photos of your models and terrain are so evocative - I only saw the troubles through the TV screen from the other side of the North Sea - but it has a real feel of the late 70s.

The addition of Bodie and Doyle will certainly bring things to a swift conclusion.

Iconic figures, great looking Capri.  Loving that!  :-* :-*

Does anyone do a 'not Gordon Jackson' figure?

Oddly enough, my favourite '70s TV character (Callan aside, nobody tops Edward Woodward obviously) was Nicholas Ball in Hazell. Wonderfully downbeat, a bit grimy and the best theme music of its era, a real belter with Maggie Ball. Bit niche for a miniature though.

I always considered that 'The Professionals' was just an attempt to do a british 'Starsky and Hutch' - my favourite of that era was Don Henderson as Bulman in 'Strangers' - better stories just a bit less sliding over car bonnets and waving guns about for no good reason! But each to their own I guess.
