Nice, but I don't think that Blockbuster was a thing in the UK till the 90's.

Very nice indeed, that's one of the better chain link fences I've seen. Must ask the maker as well as that of the 'foam building'.

The woman in the BA ad has such a wonderfully pained looking grimace. It's as if she had been asked 'Smile!' and thought to herself' I've never done that before but I supoose I could give it a crack'. It's almost as if they shot her at the end of a 22 hour flight from Sydney.

Cars are deliberately clean as being presented for sale looking as goo as possible but hiding many faults...... of course.

The fencing is commercial  , I’ll dig out the packaging. 👍

Cheers! Looked that up and you get 48" of fence which isn't bad for the money. Beats the hell out of cutting up that length of fly wire and gluing it to plastic rod.

Yes deffo .

I did the cutting and glueing thing earlier and it was hard work. Suppose it depends on the height that you need mainly.

I’ve got an airfield fence to do next and I’m wondering if this is going to be suitable ? Too low?

According to the site it's a 6 foot high fence in O scale (1/43) so  that's probably a seven or eight foot high fence in 1/50-1/56. Should be quite enough for an airfield perimeter, though you might want to string a line of barbed wire along the top.

I look forward to seeing the ladies of Greenham Common in the not too distant future.
