Misterious German car

I think the key word here is 'based on' (ok, two key words ).

It resembles said 1930s Mercedes coupé, but is not an exact scale model. So its height, length and width and maybe certain lines might be off, but it's recognizeable for what it is; a German coupé. And with a camo paintjob (or Dunkelgrau) and some Balkenkreuzen, it's a suitable staff car.

Or with some oversized wheels, a tractor...

I dunno. German officers were fond of playboy type cars and hot rods. There was even a ban imposed on driving the Tatra 87, which for the time was a very fast car, because of the number of officers killed and injured playing silly buggers driving them. Most amazing lines of any pre-war car. If you've never seen one then treat yourself.

The Disney Pixar car series does one in 1/55, so naturally enough I have one as the ride for my Czech officers.
