"Up the Nile" Wargames Rules. Any Views?

Good afternoon. Whilst starting a bit of a sort out of my gaming shed I found my long-neglected Anglo-Egyptian army that I assembled for use with Black Powder many years ago.  We never got on with said rules but I would love to get them back on the table. I have found a set sold by Caliver Books called "Up the Nile" which look interesting but detail is frustratingly thin on the ground. does anyone have a view on them and are they worth buying?
