Raglan's Mexican Revolution (Hollywood Style)

(1/7) > >>

Lord Raglan:
Mexican Revolution 1910-20 - A Mexican Federal Platoon, also known as the Federales in popular culture, was the military arm of Mexico. Hollywood provides some cracking movies on this conflict, so loads of scenarios idea without any tedious book reading. Land and Liberty!!

Freddy:
Great looking platoon!

has.been:
More good work.
Are they hunting that dreaded Revolutionary...    Haston Villa ??? lol lol lol

Patrice:
Superb.  :-*

Oooh and I see you've recruited three Chinese machine-gunners amongst them!  :o Good idea I'll think about it too.  :D

FifteensAway:
Yes, very nice looking.

Have you seen the made for TV movie: And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself?  Worth watching for the late Alan Arkin's performance alone.  Includes a few decent battle scenes.  I have a DVD copy so you should be able to locate a copy.

And for 15 mm aficionados there is a range from Peter Pig and Bluemoon - though the two are not really size compatible.  Peter Pig adds suitable buildings and vehicles.  Not planning to do this conflict but I'm using some of the figures for my Banana Wars set in the 1930s Central America pulp game.
