Really great looking figures. Will they be available commercially?

Thank you for your attention to this project

These are test figures for a larger (I hope) project on the Russian Civil War.
In the future I think it will be available for sale.

and now this is just the beginning

I had planned for my Red and White factions to be complete but I do like these a lot, especially the cossack, I may be tempted to expand my forces if these become available. Good work.

I bought armored cars from Empress Miniatures. This is the infantry of the White Russian army of the south of Russia (Denikin and company). I plan to copy four figures in metal. My skill is enough to cast the figures piece by piece.

On the other hand, these figures themselves will not be copied  lol

Wonderful figures. But in the Russian army, buglers in the infantry were used only to give signals in the field camp. In battle, officers used a whistle to issue commands.

I read that in 1905 the horn was used by soldiers to disperse a workers' demonstration (Bloody Resurrection). a horn signaled the start of shooting

The situation with horns (signal horns) is as follows. According to the staffing schedule of 1910, there was one regimental bugler and one in each battalion.
But at the same time, the rules for notifying a chemical attack during the First World War stated that, upon noticing a gas attack, to notify, you need to knock on any metal objects - pots, an artillery shell casing; Since 1917, metal shields and wooden beaters have also been used for this purpose. Telephone operators, upon receiving a signal of a chemical attack, would ring a small bell; Signal milestones were raised over the trenches. Signal flares of pre-designated colors were launched.
And not a word about the horns. I assume that horns were officially used only in permanent units or in field camps, but not in combat situations.
In 1912, an extensive reform was carried out in the army - perhaps before this the bugle could be used in battle to issue commands.
However, the use of such an item during the Civil War can be allowed. But such a practice would definitely be sporadic.

Very nice sculpting Khmorg!  I love the movement in the figures.

We are lucky to have Cuprum's knowledge too.  Even when he rains on the parade.   :D
