Painted up 15 Norman Crossbowmen (all from Copplestone via Northstar).

Then discovered a 16th hiding in my paint box  ::)

I have to admit that I am rather partial to a profiterole or two. It's likely that Capitaine adjutant-major Éclair, Napoleon's most trusted secret agent, will make an appearance at some point!   ;)   ;)

Here we see Capitaine adjutant-major Valéry d’Éclair, Napoleon's most dangerous secret agent. More of an assassin than an agent, really!

Not properly based yet, but today I finished painting a few 15mm figures for my barbarian army. The ten barbarians will be mixed into bases with other Copplestone figures, and the two Splintered Light hill giants will be on a base each.

I took a little break from painting 15mm fantasy figures and painted a couple of 28mm figures that have been cluttering up my painting area for too long. They’re Reaper Bones wraiths. They’re moulded in a light blue transparent plastic but the material takes regular paint fairly well. They will be playing the role of Nazgûl to supervise my 28mm orcs.

These look great! What colors did you use for the skin?

Thanks. It’s just the Foundry oriental flesh triad but with a double coat of the base as it’s a little bit transparent.

I have signed up for the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge again; this year I am committed to getting as many of my Bloody Miniatures collection painted as possible. I started these on Dec 31st; I hope to get a pack and a half done a week over the next 2 and a half months.

More pictures on my blog for those that are interested.
