Dungeons and Lasers Townsfolk and NPCs More added 1 Feb
« on: January 26, 2024, 09:11:19 PM »
Last year, on a whim, I bought the Dungeons and lasers Townfolk and Non Player Character box sets.  Not because I needed them but because I wanted something different to paint. A mix of male and female figures.  Possibly too few females for a "townsfolk" box and too many combattants. That said quite a few useful single figures and some nice characterful ones, sometimes pairs of identical figures and a very few I have no idea what they are!

In the box there are two identical sprues so I started with the Town Watch:
Town Blue Watch

Town Red Watch

The figures are supplied with round scenic bases that I didn't use.  Though they may appear later as scatter terrain.

bought them for my wife as a Christmas present, the town guard look almost evocative of the Ankh-Morpork watch
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

Quite a productive time in January.
Red Watch mounted - a pity they did not include dismounted equivalents (the figure with the pennant is female)

Blue Watch Mounted - again a pity they did not include dismounted equivalents (the figure with the pennant is female)

Children - Scary ghost, fisher, red riding hood, swordsman, cleaner

Inn keeper, serving maid, minstrel, gypsy dancer/fortune teller, snake charmer

Gnoll raiders

Kobalds (3 identical pairs - a wasted opportunity to add something more useful) My old Minifig Kobalds are Purple

Two barbarians, a Royal Guard, Elf archer

Merchant, Tax collector, scholar, lady, noble, knight, squire, female dwarf

A couple of large goblins and a rat person
