Bloodbowl score board
« on: November 17, 2009, 10:12:48 AM »
Well, I'm not sure if this topic is off topic or not... ???

Anyway I post the pictures of this late project of mine.
Few balsa dowels 3x3mm, some lenght of wood listel, a plastic skeleton and some Milliput.
The numbered boards are cut in 0.5mm plasticard, and, of course, it is possible to change the score from 0-0 up to 5-5.

Hope you like it! :)

8) Awesome 8).
Great idea. Might borrow it in the future! The Heroquest goblin conversion is excellent as well.

Very, very good. Never played the game before, so I have no idea what its about, but your model has given me a very good impression. Excellent :)

Thank you, guys!

@Malamute: Bloodbowl is bloody fun, and quick, and very few miniatures are needed! If you'll have the possibility, let give it a try.
@Malebolgia: actually the goblin is a very old (1987?) metal miniature.

I'll have to take some more pictures, because the crows lurking on the board are nearly invisible.
Furthermore, I want to add a couple of arrows as well as an axe stuck in the board. >:D

Very cool, and that is how most Refs end up.  :)

I've been talking about building some better bloodbowl terrain for years but still playing on the cardboard pitch, cheers for the inspiration that may get me moving.  :)

Revford,

here a couple of pics of my pitch, displaying my lizardmen proudly attaking and an awful view of the human infirmery! :D

It was pretty easy to built.
A sheet of styrofoam, using a template, squares and tables are previously scratched, then painted green, then flocked.
The dugouts are then detailed (I've yet to add some bones and saws and skullz here and there) and the lines painted.
At most, this is an ideal project for a raining weekend. :)
Well, if you really have nothing better to do, of course! ;)

Very, very cool pitch.

The dug-out dugouts are a really nice touch.

It's nice, but you might want to add a nub to the bottom of the score panels to make them easier to lift up.
