My mate Mark Wilson 3 D printed them .

They were a tad too high and the mortar had a base  on it so also stood a little too high ….. that’s why I sanded them down .

He is not doing them as a business at present but just spoke to him and he is saying that if he gets his new printer up and running he may well be able to knock some out for you in the near future .  👍

That'd be brilliant.

I'm hoping there'll be the submarine crew. I'm looking forward to how our man tackles the string vests on the crew. lol

And why were the string vests more revealing on the male members of the crew? :-[

This all looks amazing.  Truthfully, I've never heard of this show.  Not sure it made it to the states - I watched a lot of tv, and this one seemed to have slipped past my notice.

So thanks, you've sent me down a YouTube rabbit hole and I'll be busy the rest of the day.  No, really.  Thank you.  I didn't want to do anything too taxing at work - uh, sure I'm working on those discovery responses, totally not watching cheesey 70's tv.  That's just uh ... my background soundtrack.

I also really want to play on this table with the vehicles.

“ SPV A39 please?”

The truck then falls apart to reveal the SPV inside .

I’m going to have a go at making this in such a way as to mimic the actual thing.

I was blissfully unaware that people made pre-coloured MDF lorries. I take it you just going to use it as a stand in, not attempt to wrap it around a diecast vehicle?

Im going to make it with a diecast SPV inside and try to assemble it in such a way as it will fall apart as in the scene from the tv series. 👍👍👍🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣

If I assembled it, I guarantee it would fall apart.

Hmm. Presumably this MDF Trojan Lorry is of a decent size? Will be interested to see this in action so to speak.

Yes it is oversized …. I spotted that and thought it’s spot on for this and I can modify as needs be .
