I have to bow out.  Saturday night I tripped while walking home and stopped my body using my face and hand.  The broken noes and cuts I can deal with but my left hand is going to take some time to heal.

On the brighter side, my wife and I both work at the same council and I keep telling everyone that she wanted the last slice of pie more than I did.   lol lol lol

Well that sucks! (Just like gravity does  :D )

Get well soon, hopefully the hand regains all function and the scars will make you  look more rugged  ;)

Sorry to hear of your accident, but at least you have an apocryphal story that you can use to harass your wife with lol lol

That's a pity - get well. The pie story is what really really happened, right?  :D

Thank you all for the good wishes.  Doc says my hand should improve over the next four or so weeks.  Bruised at least two bones. Also, the first time I broke my noes, years ago, it really effected my breathing.  This time it seems to have opened my sinuses up.  Sleeping through the night for the first time in years.  Good luck all.
