What I painted in March of 2024
« on: March 06, 2024, 02:23:23 PM »
Blimey, we're into the 3rd month of the year already!

A change from sci-fi and fantasy for me. Delving into the world of spy-fi.

Lovely figures, especially the artist's model! I've seen that effect with white, but not with a turquoise! Masterful brushwork!

I painted up the final squad of five for another Xenos Rampant detachment. These are plastics from the Stargrave Mercenaries box. Not the greatest photos that I have taken of my minis. The blue skin is to match the previous batch.

I do like the grenade launcher arms. Very nice to be holding up the next shell.

The tan and brown metallic uniform was to match a faction of metal miniatures that I had painted up for my post-apocalyptic campaign. Expanding that force of 8 figures into a Xenos Rampant detachment of 20 or so seemed more efficient than starting a new one from scratch.
