Grand Manner - Still Trading?

Guys,

does anyone know if Grand Manner are still trading.

website has only a limited number of buildings and says no orders after start of Jan 2023.

tried the contact page to no avail and phone seems disconnected.

don't want to put an order in if its sketchy

Being on his emailing list, I got an general email recently that he was selling off his remaining models so I put an order in. So yes still trading. Just check if what you want is in stock.

He usually answers emails.
