Hello,

an other game:



me preparing the battlefield





Finished table for this afternoon.



My armylist for 16 Points. (figures as you see them)



Olivers (alias Nightcrawler)army list included a new build point skill ( improved command for winning the last game) = 16 Points



With the found Map piece from winning the last game Oliver decided to play the Quest Scenario "Body Snatchers"

I like how you photoed your list with each Lurker in their list spot. Good idea, especially for a battle report.

and I love the eyes on the Scrawny One! I was thinking to do the same on mine...

Turn 1

LURKER

My starting deployment.



I won the initiative and my Sons of the Purple Coven decided to sacrifice the worthless cultist Bob.
So he slits himself for a better  world next to one of the pentacles for a Scrawny One.
(I need to paint blood on the pentacles  :D )


The demon is thankful for the offers an devours the rest of Bob.

On the right side of the hill one cultist is advancing straight on to the first grave.


AGENTS



The whole gang is rushing forward with the advance command skill, to hinder my cultist to rob the graves.

Advancing further and one cultist (the one with the pistol) is desecrating a grave.
The other cultist are advancing further.


AGENTS


Advancing further to the middle of the table.


Nothing special this turn - so no pictures here  ;)

Turn III

Lurker



The Light housekeeper comes to close to one grave and a pentacle in the woods.
So for one action I teleport the demon to the pentacle and with the next action I charge the agent.
Before I could charge the agent shoots at me with his Ambush skill (always alert) - but fails :D
The agent must do a resolve test because my mini is hideous - but he succeeds >:(
Know I bash/wound him to the face up status. ::)



AGENTS

The agents cry for revenge and open up fire on the demon standing over the wounded agent.



With no cover and a constitution value of only 3 :'( the demon has no chance against the two shoots from the
shotgun and is blasted back to hell.

Doc is advancing to the woods and is shooting through the woods at a cultist standing there.
A few marvelous dice rolls later and yes I forgot the cover save  ::) an other cultist is dead.



The stars seems not right for the Lurkers, but we will see........

looks really good, a nice size area of play and loverly looking minis
is the rules available to buy in britain i would love to take a look at
a set, i have alot of the same minis apart from the demon and cultists
again is there a uk distributer?
anyway cant wait for more

I have only the leader and the cultist with the mp left, in a desperate action I dash forward to the position behind the woods
where just a few minutes ago the cultist wit the pistole died.

On the way to this new position the Doc is shooting with his ambush skill  - but fails  ;D

AGENTS

The agents think that this is their chance to finish the Lurkers of - but Cthuhlu is protecting me.

All three agents open up fire but fails to hit or wound  :-* (It was a good idea from me to dip the dices before the game in  virgin blood  :D )

Final Turn V

I see my last chance to win and Cthuhlu is guiding my dices this turn.

My Tommy Gun cultist is opening up fire with his first action and kills the Lighthouse keeper.
He already had one wound from the demons close combat a few rounds before (marked with the small skull marker)
a dice 8 +2 wounds on the injury table is a major injury and he is removed from game.



Know all friendly models within 5 inches must do a resolve test.
The doc succeeds but the character fails lol
The insanity table says, that he will go Frenzy and tries to reach the next enemy.



The next shooting action from the Tommy Gun gives him two wounds but he is still standing.
The marker with the two skulls is for the wounds and the candle is to remember the Insanity status.



Know is the chance for  the leader to act apart from his command action before and finish the character of.
(Question to Uncle Mike: Is it ok, to activate all the cultist with the command action and let them do their two actions and then come back to the leader and let him do his two actions?)

Anyway here you see the end Injury table roll  ;D :o



With the character major injured - the game ends immediately.

In the Post - Game sequence:
1. Major Injury Phase

The Light house keeper received a Head Trauma (+1 Resolve) for the next game

The character received Multiple injuries) he  dices a 5
       1. Arm wound ( +1 Dexterity)
       2. Full recovery ( we ignored this) but counted the attempt
       3. Poor health


I am looking forward to the next game Cthuhlu  Cthuhlu  Cthuhlu  Cthuhlu  Cthuhlu  :D ;D lol

Great game report!!! Could be a short life for your Character with Multiple Injuries already!!! Get bandaged up, looking forward to the next thrilling installment.  :P

It is permissable to use a model with Command (Cult Leader) to noninate other models (Cultists) and then you may choose whichever model to go first. A model must use both it's actions before another model can go...
