Does anyone know of a supplier of a 1/48 - 1/50 scale model of the BAE Caiman 6X6 MRAP?

I am asking here rather than on the Post-Apocalypse section, even though it is most likely to be for dealing with Zombies.

That exact make and model or close enough?

If the latter, I'd recommend looking at these.

They make them as 1/48 and right up to 1/35 if you fancy.

Beware, you'll probably trip out at all the amazing kit they have there, including Saracens with the option of a full interior.

You work with 3D printing, right? If you modify this model a little, you will get what you need:

Well they are, at least partially, based in Florida.  In breaking news a Florida man......... ;)

Fuck knows why the average sheriff's department/ PD would want something like that. Such things were barely justifiable on the morros of Rio de Janeiro  a decade ago and then they were of marginal use there. Even if it's a freebie from the US Army, they must absorb a fair bit of police budget in running costs for almost zero usefulness. The cuzins have some very strange notions of policing.

Very true, but probably cheaper to run than an M113.

There is that although I'd question anyone's need for a bucket to police things with.

I shouldn't complain anyway. I spent part of the evening deconstructing the Solido SWAT version of the XM706 so I can turn it into a military version. From ploughshares back to swords as it were. Hey ho, my Panamanians need one.
