Just a quick blog post with some Japanese terrain I've done over the years prior to getting the painting tutorial finished for this coming week.

I am, once again, in awe of the stuff you produce. Those terrain pieces are beautiful and so full of detail.

I particularly like the graveyard, I can imagine myself perched on the surrounding bank, contemplating the lives and fates of my ancestors!

I realise this is probably heresy but I prefer the yamashiro you built to the stone castle. Each to their own, I guess.
There are 100 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data.

Thanks gents  :)

Me too actually. There's quite a bit on the tenshu that I'd change if I were to do it again.

Beautiful stuff. It's the most evocative Japanese terrain I've yet seen.
