T&T SCW rules

I have yet to purchase a set of T&T (it's in the mail), so please bear with me if my question appears a bit foolish.

I'm going to do the Italian-Ethiopian War, and was told rules for the tankette CV3/33 are in the SCW book.  So my question is, is the SCW book part of the general rules, or will I need to purchase a supplement.

Sorry to be the bearer of the news but yes you will need the additional supplement for the SCW.
