Upgrading An MDF Bridge
« on: October 13, 2024, 09:28:31 PM »
In August this year we played Wagram over 2 days and an evening on a 14' by 6' table specifically built for the scenario (see here for those that are interested). One of the things that came out of that game was how little 15mm buildings I have. This winter I hope to rectify that, starting with this Sarissa Precision bridge:

I modified it slightly...

... and then added Plastruct sheet styrene and carved foamex to add more realistic stone work:

More chatter and photos on my blog.

Well done.  I do like the textures that you added.  Both on the walls and the surface.

Beautiful job on upgrading that bridge, it’s hard to believe it’s an MDF model!

Thank you everyone. It was a fun project - I am really enjoying playing with the foamed PVC and using it to enhance the MDF kits.
