Oh! :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

Now that is what I have wanted for years. There are some good Finnish figures in 28mm for the Winter War but nobody does really suitable Soviet Army figures for the war and these are excellent.

I suppose we will have to wait for the end of the current war before these are available in the West.  :(

Thank you very much for your attention to this project.
I have long wanted to make figures on this topic.
You ask - when will they be on sale?
The answer is this. I have the opportunity to work on centrifugal equipment. Perhaps these figures will be used to test the equipment and my abilities.
I hope to win.....

Nevertheless, the project continues and soon there will be a second part

Make sure it's a new one not second hand.

I'm reminded of the old joke about the Soviet citizen who worked at a sewing machine factory. Hoping to get one for his wife and hoping to avoid the inevitable wait to buy one, he embarks on a campaign to steal one, part by part. Every day for two years he takes another piece home until finally he has them all. He spends all night putting the various pieces together but is dismayed to find he has assembled an AK-47. :D

Great figures!
Did the pre-ww2 Soviet helmet also came with an embossment (so not just  a painted but a bolted/welded-on plate) red star like some of the tanks of the era?

Not the Ssh-36, that was just a plain shell but there were earlier (parade?) versions of the Adrian helmet with painted metal stars attached as well as ones with just the star painted on.

Thanks! Yes, for the Adrian helmet every nation had its own insignia plate.

In the period 1939-1940 I only came across painted stars on the helmets of the SS-36.

And now the commanders of the Red Army
