Work has also begun on a hill with trees:

The hill will be modular with magnets. At the corners of the sections a base with a single tree will be placed and hold in place by magnets too. If I then want to have a smaller hill then the top sections can be removed and on top of the now exposed magnets can then be attached even more tree bases.

The hill works a treat.
A bottle of scotch and two aspirin a day will greatly reduce your awareness of heart disease.

Update:
The Lich has been finished some time ago but I forgot to post him here. In the meantime more Undead have been painted:

- 2 Wights
- 1 Skeleton with Bow (Metal)
- 1 Skeleton with Crossbow (Metal)
- 3 Skeletons with Bows (Plastic)

I will also offer a group shot of all Frostgrave Undead currently ready for the table. Have fun!

Skeletons:

Lich & Wights

Undead Group:

What kind of Undead creatures are left to paint? Here is the list:

- 1 Zombie Snow Troll
- 2 Vampires
- 2 Wraiths
- 2 Ghosts
- 1 Ghoul Queen

Currently on the painting table are six piles of treasure.

Those look great! The snow on the undead is a nice touch, makes sense that it would accumulate since they don’t have any body heat to melt it.

Thanks for the praise!

Yeah, that is of course one reason why the snow accumulates. However my train of thought was that all those depicted skeletons have zero need/motivation to get rid of the snow because they are mindless Undead. The Wight has a personality of his own but he doesn´t care because he won´t suffer from frostbite. The Lich however is vain and wants to present himself in the best fashion that´s why he has kept his clothes free of snow. Adventurers should get a good glimpse of him before he finishes them off.

Zombie Troll:

Ghosts & Wraiths:

And this will be all for this year in regards to Frostgrave. I still need to finish a few boxes
from 40K & 30K.

Looking good.  A bit biased here but you should put off the 30 and 40k.  Frostgrave is much more fun.

Projects which has been begun need to be completed. This means the following needs to be done in 2024:

- Three Primaris bikers from Command edition 9th 40K.
- 2 characters from Command & Recruit edition 9th 40K.
- 40 30K marines from HH 2.0 core box.

With that done I would have completed three box sets in this year. If I would start work on the two Warhounds from the Legions Imperialis core box then this would make it four boxes.
