My Starting European Monster Hunters List
« on: November 28, 2009, 12:16:08 AM »
This is the Chaos in Carpathia list I was thinking of starting with.  I'm interested in any feedback.  We are playing WYSIWYG, so a lot of the equipment is based on what the model's are actually carrying.

Intrepid Leader
- kinfe, archaic pistol, stakes (3), lucky charm

Canine companion x 2

Learned Scholar
- truncheon

Holy Woman
- holy symbol

Slayer
- knife, archaic pistol, torch, holy water

Slayer
- knife, sword, torch

Reliable Man
- knife, stakes (3)

That's a total of 321 pounds.  Should I spend it all like this, or start smaller and leave a little in the stash?  My first opponent will be vampires, hence the stakes and the holy water.  I also have models arriving to represent the leader's personal guard (i.e. the authorities), as well as models to represent any number of reliable men and/or slayers.

Thanks in advance for the help,
JET

That'll work for a start. I'd give the slayer a heavy pistol, he must be able to move and the archaic one is slow.
Also every Slayer should have a sword, it's realy a must have for them.

Finally better take either a holy woman or a learned scolar, not both of them. It's too many GBP spent on intelligence as they can't fight very well.

Let us know how it worked out :)
