Nicely done.  I have never been able to black-line between colors and yours came out particularly nice.  It will be really distinct on the table. 
A bottle of scotch and two aspirin a day will greatly reduce your awareness of heart disease.

That’s an excellent paint job and great basing. I like the details like the five o’clock shadow on his face and the two toned fur on the cape. The base, too - snow can be hard to make look natural in miniature, but yours turned out quite well. It looks to me like an early winter snowfall before it gets deep and buries the dead grass, or late spring after things have mostly melted then had a dusting of new snow over night.
