Anyone have problems with The Assault Group?

Put in an order, and then realized most of the stuff was backordered. Sent MULTIPLE emails … zero response. I’ve now filed paypal disputes to cancel and refund.

I thought TAG was a good company. What happened?!?

Never had any problems with them in the past, albeit my last order was about a year ago.

If the order was for their vehicles, it's worth noting that they seem to do a run of those one or twice a year and so when they are OOS they remain so for months. That said, they are significantly cheaper than a lot of their competition, so sometimes worth waiting for.

This was all US and NVA infantry - no vehicles. Surprised at no email. Mind you, I’ve had other issues with UK dealers (Gringo - no response…) - is this a BREXIT thing? I do not know.

My only problem is I want to buy more. 

As others have said all of my trransactions have been great with shipment to 16,000km away.

Whilst I don't work for myself and I'll readily admit that the post-Covid working from home routine has blurred a few lines, I definitely don't answer work related emails while I am on holidays and wouldn't expect others to. I just expect to return to 6 million inquiries that no other fucker has dealt with in my absence. 

'Tis a good idea when you are off on leave to set up an out of office notification  on your email account or, at very least, post something on your website.

Ah, I'm having the same issue. Put in an order 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing from him. Strange, since the last time I ordered, he was top notch in communication and extremely helpful in a freak-mail accident I had. German postal services at their best.

Anyway, good for him, he's on vacation. I hope, he won't get swamped on his return. Although it's nice to be needed and booked out, too, right?

It's just a one man band and a side project iirc at the Assault Group. Sometimes takes time, but they've always delivered for me in the end.
Hopefully things will be sorted soon.

Update: My package arrived and everything seems to be back to normal. Great quality as always.
