 REMARKABLE, would to be possible to see more pics? I'd be very interested to see what you have going on underneath those buildings. Looks like catacombs or sewers?

There are indeed sewers beneath the layout although at the moment only the ones around the edges of the board and a few inside have been completed.

Didn't make myself clear; I meant I could see it as playable. I merely will point out, in my seventh decade, NOT the new fifties, I find leaning over any table for a full session a challenge.
