I have this miniature, purchased from Harwood before it moved to Crooked D.  He is, of course, Dr Julian Karswell from Night of the Demon

Apparently the complementary Magnus Pyke figure was received poorly and never released. Pity, twas meant to be the start of the Great British 20th C Eccentrics, along with Somerset Maugham, Spike Milligan and Screaming Lord Sutch.
