Prussian Unfindbarium Jagers *WIP*
« on: December 07, 2009, 11:17:01 PM »

Armed with highly sophisticated unobtainium powered rifles, these Prussian Jagers snipe at enemy steam tanks and land ships with great succes.

So great succes that Britian has actually comitted a protest to the Bureau of Fair Overseas Endeavours that the rifle be declared ungentlemanlike and banned.

EDIT:

A photo of the back  (taken before the above ones obviously)

So much more obvious when you know, thank you. Still think it ingenious though.

Very nice models. :-*
A simple conversion but very effective.

Very, very nice and very original. Superb stuff.  ;D

As to your uniform design, I like the brown wash the tunic has, how about something worked around brown, with black shako black boots and black euipment?

Oooopf! Sorry didn't see that one. It is in fact an arm from a Games Workshop Epic Stompa (plastic kit from the days of yearn).

Hmm. Yes! Perhaps I should just go with the thing I started a while back and let them have brown coat, white pants and black gear/hat. The rifle will probably light it up.

How do you guys feel about fire effects coming out of stuff? Like the firing soldiers - would it be nice to have som rays coming out of the gun (similar to the ones Mr. CigarFace has done with his Indians).

I can't really decide. I always thought that miniatures shouldn't look too "actionesque".

I say paint one up with the fire affects and if you like it keep it up.

I added a photo taken from behind so you can see "the bit" a lot better. This was taken before I added the guitarstring and nozzle-bit.
