Looking for Judoon leg suggestions!

Hello,

I'm looking to make the most of some Micro universe Doctor Who toys--the Judoon torsos look pretty good, but the figures have chicken legs. Beefing them up with some custom legs will make them look a lot better.  I was hoping to get some suggestions for some cheap miniatures that have big knee high boots (with no knee pads) that would be a good basis for a platoon of Judoon conversions.  As the top half of the mini will not be used, the gender is not important. Thanks for your help!
