here the pictures of my lizardmen team for BB (Bloodyball?)

As you can see the skinks are modified, shoulder protection added) plastic miniatures.
Sauri are OOP sauri command miniatures, found on Ebay with a little patience, weapons removed.
The kroxigor had the weapon removed and skullz necklace added.
Note the blood stained helmet on the ground...
The markers (turn, reroll, and touchdown) are the skink command, with a sauri banner added.

I just cut the weapons off 5th edition plastic skinks and saurus.
 
Though I did have one or two metal models that worked well like yours.

Great paintjob and a nice unified team...
I always preffer when a team looks like an actual team, unfortunatly GW didn't seem to feel the same way about a lot of their teams for Blood Bowl.

Don't knock it. I've seen some AWESOME looking teams based on the plastics.

True, my orc team is made out of plastic black orcs with the weapons off and they dont look too bad though I could do a lot more work on them, pose wise actually do some repositioning and sculpting.

My old lizard team though...5th edition two pose single piece skinks with the shortbows and quivers badly hacked off and the saurus that only had one arm seperate, I guess not bad for my age at the time but thinking about them makes me shudder now.
