I picked the game up at the weekend :D

I've built some civilians. Looking at some of the other figures in the pile, they will fit in with Fireforge Rabble and the Frostgrave Wizards (presumably also the other Frostgrave kits as well). I'm not sure about swapping body parts yet, but I see a lot of medieval civilians in my painting future.
You could probably mix in a sprue of WA's foot sergeant's, for guards, as well, or swap arms/legs/heads etc.

Page 9 of the rulebook has some examples of combining them with WA foot sergeants and levy.

A few random figures added to the townsfolk of Ankh-Morpork.

Imp Y Celyn, a bard from Llamedos who has become the Disc's greatest musician under the name Buddy. A couple of miscreants, arrested and punished by the Watch. Tim Nicebutdim, a guard of the Old Lemonade Factory Watch. At the back, Granny Weatherwax and Agnes Nitt.

I purchased the game, late.
Am looking forward to it showing up.
Looks like it may be here late this week.
I am going to a convention in about 2 weeks.
