I enjoyed that - must keep an eye on it to see how it develops.

The spelling gives it away as being of American origin but even without that, I think it would immediately strike the British reader as not being home grown. The attempt to portray British characters is just ever so slightly not quite right. Doesn't really matter, I still read it all but it just shows how damn difficult characterisation is.
