IJN Flying Boat "Kamome" and more

Lovely rendition, a bit too narrow for my taste to stand up and man a gun, but health and safety doesn't go well with literal flying boats anyway I reckon

Yeah, I also think it's very narrow, but it's a very short-range launch, only carries a machine gun... and it's the first attempt. I'm thinking of buying some 10mm infantry from Pendraken and modifying them.

2 of them combined would make a wicked Catamaran in 15mm though

Very nice!  Is it a scratch build or a conversion?  Also what game are you using it for?

The hull is an Italian 3D printed motor launch for Cruel Seas, the sailors are 15mm from Flames of War. My idea is to make some more launches with leftover parts, possibly using the Cruel Seas rules since it has a clear point system that makes it easy to modify.
