West Wind Gothic Horror Buildings
« on: December 16, 2009, 03:13:22 PM »
After a reading a different thread about rules for Gothic horror games, I dug out my copy of West Wind's Gothic Horror.
While reading it ( Lots of editorial problems  ??? ), I noticed that they had lists of which packs of figs to buy.  It also mentioned terrain and buildings.
I have never seen these buildings, so does anybody have any pics of them?  Or are they still for sale?
Thanks!

I have their mausoleums and graveyard bits and pieces which are very nice. I am not sure if they are still for sale or not.

The other things listed in the back of the rule book were random pieces from the Old Glory terrain/scenics catalogue. I am not sure how much of that is still available either. None of it was specific to Gothic Horror though.

I think I have some photos somewhere of the mausoleums. I'll see what I can find.

Here you go, have a look at this game report I posted several years ago.
the Graveyard features tombs/mausoleums by westwind. Also ruins by Monolith and Fantascene:

More from the same game can be seen here:

You may try and contact them directly. I've found the West Wind staff to be very friendly and forthcoming. The mail adress can be found under "Contact us" on the left side of the web shop

Malamute is right, the reference in Gothic Horror is for the Old Glory US range of historical buildings. The old Herb Grundt buildings and a few others. The Westwind cemetary is discontinued but there are lots of alternatives available theses days, Fantascene amongst others. Also the WW cemetary was far from brilliant and not cheap. Kind of an exception to the range which is brilliant otherwise.
