A lurker no more
« on: December 16, 2009, 03:53:45 PM »
After hovering around here for a while as a guest I've decided to drop in and say a thank you to all who have given me many hours of pleasure drooling (over figure photos of course) and the odd chuckle or two.

If all goes to plan next year I'll pop up on the VSF board with my 2mm game of the Humber invasion.

Hello Andrew and welcome.

2mm? what sort of malarky is that?

Even in 2mm I hope to see a rather large, rivet covered Brunel suspension bridge in a little twist on history ;D

A special welcome to the Workbench area. You'll find the aprons to the right, gloves to the left and welding masks right behind you. I'll have Overlord read you the 'Safety at work' policy later.

The problem with building a bridge is that we would loose the two wonderful ships that where there before http://s0.geograph.org.uk/geophotos/01/41/77/1417744_2b83fe5b.jpg

Or, for the rest of the world (probably):

etc etc.

Much welcomings and things of that nature. We'll be looking out for you over at VSF central.

Welcome aboard! 2mm is a totally new concept to me.Do you need a microscope and tweezers to move your units? lol Would love to see some of your work.
