Hi all,

Wanting more foam trays from this excellent firm, I went to their web site last week and this week, only for it to hang and not load properly.

I have tried the e-mail contact option which, you guessed it, hung on me not going anywhere.

Tried phoning which is usually more successful and no answer.

are they on holiday or ??

Can't answer the question, but I ordered from them two weeks ago and it arrived yesterday.

My experience too - well I order 3 weeks ago and they arrived week before last.
Usual DOH, should have ordered a slightly different tray, waited until August BH was over and tried this week. :-/

They will be at Colours this weekend in Reading. That might be a reason for not getting them on the phone?

Frankly, I'm more taken by the fact that you managed to navigate their atrocious website and found the thing you wanted.
Hats off to you.
I either buy from them at a show or order via Amazon.

I'd tried the web site first.
Just kept hanging.
Then the contact e-mail option, which kept hanging.
And then the phone, which went unanswered and I guessed that'd be because they're at Salute.
The web site I don't think travels to Salute with them. ;-)
Nor does it go AWOL for over a week (multiple attempts)

Really good product.
I'll wait til middle of next week and catch them when they come jump for air.
