Chris, you're amazing. I still can't believe you scratch-built an armored car!

The truck is terrific.  Where did you find a paper kit like that?

He kindly sold me his Erhardt armored car and if you didn't know it, you never guess it's mostly card and not plastic.

*full blush*

Dears, dears, don´t flatter me too much. Okay, I HAVE to develop some self-esteem, but we better not overdo it.

And here: >>>Trucks, cars and buses, and locomotives as well, try the links on the left side

The White Truck is actually not that challenging, just a bit time-consuming if building it all from paper, since you have to make a lot of careful removals to open up the parts. I skipped out on removing them from the chassis since I wanted extra stability. And was plain lazy.

Some of the best examples of the Copplestone Reds I have found anywhere.  Really like the plane and the tank

Why, thanks! I have to say that the CC Bolsheviks, as most of his other stuff, is absolutely fabulous (and his "ladies" look sufficently bitchy to be "absolutely fabulous"). Of course, the style is not to everybody´s taste, but I think that it makes them a joy to paint.

BTW, you can get the Tank from Pardulon. Excellent model, assembled with a minimum of fuss.

Well, what do you know! Out of a whim (and watching "Lawrence of Arabia" this morning), I decided to print out another of the nice cardboard kits and build it.

So here´s another armoured car to add to the Revolutionary Arsenal, an Mgebrov-Renault, similar to the Mgebrov-White I built last year - however, it only sports the large revolving turret, and eschews the rear cannon turret.

Made from 120g cardboard, coated with thin superglue after construction and painted using Revell and Vallejo acrylic colours like Nato Olive [yes!] and Green Grey for the hull, plus VMC Dark Rubber for the tires plus some greys and browns for weathering. I may still add some detail to the base.
