Uhhh... great painting! She really got a certain "Frauenknast" flair to her...

Thanks..........I think....what do Frauenknast mean? :?
Has it got anything to do with the fact she's one UGLY woman!

Prof, she's another salvage crew member from Alphaforges's Star Mogul game. The original mini had a futuristic rifle which wasn't suitable for modern period gaming. I replaced it with a Necromunda shotgun.

After a side track to the Old West ( I've been painting some buildings) I thought I'd get some more Zombie Hunters done.
This time it's "Slick Jimmy" a converted Alpha Forge Crewman.
He also doubles as my ship's pilot for Star Mogul!

Whoa! That one is the best of the lot so far, IMHO. Very cool, and I like the clothes colours.

"Frauenknast" is a derogatory term for "women´s penitentiary", and the title of a hilariously bad "German jail soap opera", featuring a whole host of dysfunctional inmate characters with even worse haircuts.

In particular, she reminded me of "actress" Katy Karrenbauer:

(second from right)

who is actually not THAT untalented, but has to play the crappy caricature of a lesbian inmate godmother, so to speak. "Ridiculous" is the nicest term that comes to mind to describe that serial.

Yet another Alpha Forge conversion.
This time it's "Doc" complete with head swap and replacement arms.

Pappa, excellent figure, I love the sawn off ! :)

I have always had a soft spot for a shotgun, especially when its been cut down to pistol size. I think it dates back to seeing James Caan in El Dorado or perhaps later in Mad Max, enough of my ramblings, great mini    :)

Thanks for the Comments.
I've gone off at another tangent at the moment, I'm looking at modern military, like the USMC , Brit SAS etc. The idea being they would also make good multi genre figures aswell!

Going off on tangents is something that makes minis as a hobby so enjoyable....

I've wanted to do some modern military for a while too...please make sure you share your projects!!
