Ok, a small update today.

Added the first of the louvred doors and a balcony.

Doors assembled and ready to add

Balcony added too.

Progress so far:

Only three more of these to do, trouble is I have run out of balsa wood, so its off to Hobbycraft in the week.

Its also back to work tomorrow after the holidays, so progress will now be restricted to weekends and days off, and of course the required permission from Mrs M to enjoy myself ;)

Cheers matey,

I'll bring some small pieces along tomorrow night to give you an idea, I have no idea what size they are or how they are measured. ::)
I aslo need some plastic tubing to support my flagpole.
I think my shopping list at Oshiro models is going to be a long one. lol

While you're over there you might want to talk to Herr Bibbly about resin casting those doors. Given how many of them you use and how many people on the forum want to copy them, I suspect it'd be worth while. The balsa would need sealing I'd expect but then Jimmy knows his stuff :P
So many projects..... so little time.......

Great doors - must have been very fiddly.

After looking at plenty of reference pics, they are accurate and would certainly be great time-savers, so would be ideal for many gamers doing Mexican/Texan/Californian projects. If I ever do get to make my Presidio, I'll certainly be able to use a few.

Boot Hill Minis first foray into resins?  ;)
