Painting mutants

Going to paint the Brigade mutants, see attachment. Does anyone know any pics from movies/comics of them?

Fishy fella is not unlike The Creature From the Black Lagoon. It's a black-and-white motion picture, so colour guides are a little tricky. Though there is the poster art to go by...

They all look like old black and white horror movie monsters to me so as far as colored pics go I'm kind of in the dark on that, but maybe somebody knows of an equivalent comic version. Looks like we have The Fly, one of the Mole Pe ople, a GillMan knock off, and an Alligator Man (Loved that movie as a child, think it was called The Alligator People with Lon Chaney Jr.)  Though they all look nice I'll be buying that set for him alone. Whatever way you choose to paint them I'm sure they'll look great and I look forward to seeing them. I'm really tempted to start this game and your stuff might be the thing that pushes over the edge.
We haul ours to kick theirs.

The fly comes, rather surprisingly, from The Fly.

Again, a black-and-white movie. Refer to real flies and mad scientists for your colour scheme.  :)

Bright green all over is traditional (most depictions have him green), but by no means mandatory...

In reality of course, he is entirely monochrome...

Here's your Alligator Man.  Funny, doesn't look like Richard Crane!

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but it seemed like the right place.  I just got this set and was wondering if anyone had an assembled Gill Man (Creature from the Black Lagoon) the could post pictures of.  I'm trying to figure out the correct position of his arm.
