Thanks for the link, I hadn't heard about it before, and its only a short hop for me. Unfortunately a bit too close to the York show, and I've already made arrangements to go to that, or I'd be up there like a shot. Can't do both, worst luck. 

I hope its succesful, then I may be able to go next year.

what's really funny is I asked a friend from dumfries what he knew about the show and he didn't even know it existed

We went last time with a public participation game but, unfortunately, the public did not attend.

We were not invited this time and this is the first we've heard of it.  A pity because with a bit of notice we could have been attending - as it is not enough time to put a game together and too far to go just to visit.
