Looking for suggestions on ways of doing bases for my demonic foces bases to look Lava field or gritty chaos something. Links to pics etc for inspiration appreciated :)

Well, there are at least a dozen companies making lava/chaos themed resin bases. I'd consider those, rather than sculpting them all by myself. I can post a list if you're interested.
