VSF Infantry Conversion Question

Thinking of combining Foundry ACW infantry with frock coats with Ramshackles  Heads Trubans and Gasmasks sets to make up my Kneemo's Shipboard Marines. My question is, before I lay out the purchase prices, does anyone know if the Foundry / Ramshackle conversion sizes be compatable? Heads to big or small for foundry bodies?

Wouldn't using Perry ACW plastics be more affordable?

The Perry plastics come with a full back pack, which would be tedious to have to carve them off and one pose wearing frock coat. I think I prefer the Foundry frock coated figures advancing, with just canteen and ammo pouch such as CWK30   http://www.wargamesfoundry.com/collections/ACW/4/index.asp unless someone else has a good frock coat, pants and shoe figure to make my conversion with? Trying to model them after the shipboard sailors shown in the movie League of Extraordianry Gentlemen.

when I come home I can try and take a picture of my Wargames Factory models with Ramshackle heads, besides some Foundry models, I think they will fit, but you probably would want to see for yourself to judge
