Jack's gun is too big! It's famous for it's small size......   :o lol

Only joking - this is a great collection of Who/Torchwood stuff. That not-Mal from Firefly works surprisingly well as Jack. The Weevils are something I've fancied doing myself, but lack the skills.

I take it that Gwen is based on the Hasslefree figure. Very effective! Have you painted the scary gap in her teeth?

 lol lol

I did consider shortening the gun--if you cut out that middle section it'd be a lot closer to Jacks gun.  Unfortunately the hand comes unattached--I didn't think I could work with such a small piece without a proper vice to immobilize it so I left it alone.  That one actually did end up having quite a bit of customization--I filed off some hair to add a side part, added the head set, added shoulder boards, extended the pant legs and coat.

Gwen is bassed off of Hasslefree's Dionne.  I added a jacket and extended the hair.  A gap would have been a nice touch!  lol

The weevils are all based on the victory force spacefarers crew--with similar types of changes done to make the Ood. The big differences are I hunched them over a bit, added humps on their backs and used some modified orc heads.

I like the "shimmery" effect you have got with Omega's robe. The GG's eyes are very good too  8)

Thanks--glad you liked them.  They were fun to paint--got to use all the metallic and clear coat paints that I rarely have use for. Have some more customs in the works, but mainly focusing on the backlog of lead waiting to be painted. I should have a couple of armies of aliens to share soon.

Today's pics are of my swarm of Sea Devils ( I wonder what the proper term for a group of sea devils is?  A pack of dogs, a murder of crows, a splash of sea devils? open to suggestions!)

Anyway my army is made up of a mix of FASA and Harlequin figures.  Although the FASA figures are a little smaller they mix in well enough.  I like their sculpts a bit more than the Harlequin ones (they don't have much variety in their poses).

Went with gold eyes for them for no other reason than I liked the way it looked.

Excellent.  The see devils and gels are particularly good.  The sea devils size well together.
This is my boomstick!

Didn't know there were two types of Sea Devils sculpts. :o

Am I right in saying that in the first pic, the one at the front left as we look is a Harlequin, and the other two are FASA sculpts, or is it the other way around?
