Thanks!  They're really easy - paint shade-tone gray, mark the flagstones with thin black paint, then paint the leading edges with your midtone gray then finish with a thin line of highlight gray.  It takes maybe ten minutes to do a batch of ten figures like that, and most of that is waiting for the basecoat to dry.

Are the bases textured or are they plain and the details painted on?  Either way, they really pop.

They're untextured - just painted on flat metal.

I think they look great. Lovely finish on the armour - what's to criticise?
I especially like the ones in the peep-toe sandals  ;)
