Very nice. Very sinister looking. I get "Black Hawk Down" vibes.

I havn't painted much of my DA collection except a few natives. I am very inspired however, since my fiancee has made several trips to Tanzania the last year for a Swedish foreign aid agency which helps the Tanz. government to establish routines for their national historical museum. The estern slave route recently became a world heritage and there is some work to be done there. (The africans in this part of the world seems to have a different view on history than westerners do but that's another story).

Anyway, once I get my steamer project launched I'd like to tackle Zanzibar which is, from that same sources close to me, a fantastic place with a very eclectic ethnic and cultural background.
