Not consistent either.  1/2 a page down in Swashbuckling Adventures is a multipage post about Victrix Revolutionary Nappies

I think LAF needs a "Lace Wars" area to cover the WSS thru Napoleonic period, F&I, SYW, etc.

Make it so.

Would'nt these be about right for the Scarlet Pimpernel ?  Great poses  :)
Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

Hmmm. Well, the Scarlet Pimpernel and the French revolution is definitely Swashbuckling in my book.
Whereas Napoleonics are definitely Napoleonics, and thus - as things stand - belong in 'Other Adventures'.
I can live with just about anything from the early renaissance through to the end of the C18th as passing as 'Swashbuckling' (even though Swashbuckling, as we all know, really denotes a certain specific genre within that kind of timespan).

But of course, these things are not hard and fast. We just have to decide where things most closely belong...  :)

Can't help you I'm afraid. It's a well-rehearsed argument here, but one of the reasons why LAF is different to many other miniatures fora with their multiplicity of 20 or 30 'period' boards.

Here's the most recent thread that refers... http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=11330.0

The title suggests it belongs in 'Open Talk', although personally I'm against airing the dirty laundry of a fellow LAFer. :D
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

They are lovely figures (as we should expect from Mr H) but the moustaches worn by some of them are unsettling, as they remind me of 70's porn stars  :o

Purely from what other people have told me, of course  lol lol

Hmm, maybe I have. Did you ever spend time in Dallas?  ;)  lol

No offence intended, as they are very authentic for the Egyptian expedition.

I can't wait to see the others in the snazzy multi-coloured campaign-specific uniforms.

Oh and the Ottomans, of course  ;D

Why? It costs nothing to grow a moustache, except maybe your dignity.
